2. Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by North Print Workwear.

2.2 Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by North Print Workwear.

2.3 An order shall only be deemed accepted when payment has been received and production has been authorised by North Print Workwear.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse, decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

2.5 Any amendments requested after an order has been placed may result in additional charges, revised production schedules or cancellation of previously agreed timelines.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.2 In the event of a pricing, description or technical error, North Print Workwear reserves the right to amend or cancel any order.

3.3 Full payment may be required before production commences.

3.4 Ownership of all goods remains with North Print Workwear until payment has been received in full.

3.5 Failure to make payment may result in production delays, order cancellation or legal recovery action.

4. Artwork Approval

4.1 Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mock-ups, artwork, spellings, logos, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, colours, garment selections and sizing information before production.

4.2 Artwork approval may be provided expressly by the customer or may be deemed to have been provided where a proof or mock-up has been supplied and no concerns, amendments or objections have been raised within a reasonable timeframe prior to production.

4.3 Where a customer proceeds with an order, makes payment, requests production to commence, or fails to respond with any amendments after receiving a proof or mock-up, North Print Workwear reserves the right to treat the artwork as approved.

4.4 Once artwork has been approved, whether expressly or by conduct, North Print Workwear accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, design issues, sizing selections, logo positioning, colours or other inaccuracies contained within the approved artwork or information supplied by the customer.

4.5 Delays resulting from a customer's failure to review or respond to artwork proofs shall not be the responsibility of North Print Workwear.

5. Customer Supplied Artwork

5.1 Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, images and artwork supplied.

5.2 Customers accept full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes arising from supplied artwork.

6. Colours, Placement & Production Tolerances

6.1 Product photographs, digital proofs and website images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

6.2 Actual garment colours, embroidery thread colours and print colours may vary slightly from screen displays, proofs and previous orders.
